Yummy and Filling, I took another recipe and tweaked the negative comments a little to make them better. Hubby loved them and would eat them again!!! Ingredients

3/4 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup 2% Milk (calories based on 2%) any milk is fine.
Water 3/4 cup
1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Mix dry ingred. in a bowl. Shred apple with a cheese shredder. Add wet and dry ingred. Add apples. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken. Make sure skillet is hot. Spray non stick spray. Don't turn to early make sure they are browned well before turning.
Makes 6 pancakes
