Ingredients

1.25 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into 8 pieces on a diagonal
2 tsp lemon pepper (or more if desired)
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Sprinkle lemon pepper to each side of pork. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Place the pork in the skillet and cook on each side for 4-6 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Add the worcestershire sauce and the mustard. Mix well and cook until heated through. Add the pork back to the skillet turning a few times to coat. Put on serving platter, pour the sauce over pork and sprinkle with parsley if desired. This will make 8 pieces, serving 4 people.

I made this for my husband, 3 year old son and mother-in-law....the first two being picky eaters....served it with brown rice and cooked carrots....they all loved it! Awesome recipe and is so easy! I ate the left overs for dinner last night and it was just as good! - 10/29/09
