Ingredients

rice noodles, snap peas, yellow bell pepper, veggie ground round, pad thai sauce, bean sprouts, unsalted peanuts, cilantro, and fish sauce
Directions
Prepare stir fry noodles as per directions on package
mix pad thai sauce, ketchup, fish sauce in a bowl... if desired add rice vinegar to thin out
saute with small amount of water the snap peas and pepper. In separate pan lightly toast crushed peanuts and set aside
Add ground round and quarter of the sauce.
rinse bean sprouts and add to ground round mixture. Add an additional quarter of sauce and mix well. Add cilantro and peanuts, mix well. Continue to cook and eventually add rice noodles when bean sprout mixture is tender. Add remainder of sauce on noodles and mix well. Add extra cilantro if desired.
