    Garlic, 5 clove
    Portabella Mushrooms, 200
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Parsley, 10 sprigs
    Spinach, cooked, 1 cup
    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
    Land O Lakes Fat Free Ultra-Pasteurized Half & Half, 2 tbsp
    cant believe not butter, light, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cut up Onion, Mushrooms, spinach and throw into pan. start to cook down on Medium

On the side mix the cream, butter,Garlic, Parsley

Use 2 tbls of mrs dash onion and herb, nosalt and pepper to taste.
