Ingredients

    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 can condensed milk
    1 16 oz cool whip, low fat, thawed
    2-4 drops red food coloring (optional)

Directions

Mix all. Freeze in 48 muffin cups with paper, 3/4 filled.

Makes 48 3/4 filled muffin cups. They are a delicious sweet treat. They are great for brunches and bridal showers.

Store in the freezer in plastic bags. Thaw a few minutes before serving.

    What a quick, easy recipe and a delicious treat! I loved serving this to guests and also having a quick, low cal fix for sweet cravings ready to go when I need a little treat! YUM!!
    Canned cherry pie filling can be found made with splenda and sweetened condensed milk is available in no fat formul

    I tried this using fat free coolwhip. I used the rasp. pie filling. I came up with 73 cal/serving when dividing it by 40. I think it is more portion control than actual low calorie. However, it is very tastey for a relatively low amount of calories. I liked it frozen. - 1/26/11

    I have this recipe and have made this for yrs!!! but never knew to freeze it!! it is very easy and good best when used with rasp pie filling!! just for a new idea to share! - 6/9/10

    I think I will make 20 out of this recipe... 115 calories for a dessert is still VERY reasonable, and I like the idea of keeping them in the freezer. SWEET! :) - 7/20/10
