Ingredients

    2 tsp oil
    1 tsp Five spice
    2 tbsp Garlic
    1c chunked pineapple
    1 lb of firm tofu (cubed)
    1c Broccolli florets (Frozen)
    1c frozen peas
    1c frozen greenbeans
    1c reserved pineapple juice from can
    2c cooked rice

Directions

Heat oil and juice in pan, add garlic and five spice. Heat 1 minute. Add frozen vegetables and pineapple heat til mostly thawed. Add tofu. Cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Add rice. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until heated through. Add soy sauce to taste. Serve hot
