Introduction

Simple and fast, a daily staple at our house. Simple and fast, a daily staple at our house.

Ingredients

    1 c. ice cubes
    .5 c. unsweetened cranberries, frozen
    1 c. unsweetened strawberries, frozen
    1 c. nonfat milk
    .5 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
    2 splenda packets
    .5 t. vanilla extract

Directions

Sleepily put all things in blender (try to note the lines on the blender so you'll be able to make it by feel later). Blend until the mass doesn't move, then shake the thing, hold down ice crush, and blend some more!

Bonus: If you have a hard to wake person around - this will help your cause.
