Ingredients

    1 lb lean stewing beef
    6 beef cubes
    6 cups of water
    2 cans of diced tomatoes
    2 large bags of vegetables for soup

Directions

put beef cubes in a pot, cook on medium heat
while beef is cooking, boil 1 cup of water adn add the beef cutes to the water
stir meat occasionally until all liquid is evaporated and bottomo f pan is brown
add the 1 cup of water with the beef cubes
also add 5 more cups of water
season to taste (pepper, garlic powder, sage, thyme, celery salt, onion powder, whatever suits you)
add the diced tomatoes with liquid
cook abut 1 to 1 1/2 hours (do not boil) with a lid
then add the 2 bags of vegetables and cook 1 more hour
