Ingredients

    1/2 bag fresh spinach
    1 can cream corn
    1/4 red bell pepper (chopped)
    1/4 onion (chopped)
    1 stalk celery (chopped)
    1 Tbsp butter
    1 cup skim milk
    1 large chicken bullion cube (optional)

Directions

Saute celery, bell pepper and onions in butter until done. Add milk, cream corn and bullion. After heated stir in spinach and stir until spinach is wilted. Add salt/pepper or other seasoning as desired.

*Thin with water or skim milk if you like thinner soups, cut some of the milk out if you want it thicker.

Serve it up with shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, green onions, crumbled bacon or whatever you want (the nutritional info is for the soup only though).
