Introduction

Adapted from a recipe given to me by my mother... Adapted from a recipe given to me by my mother...
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cabbage, red, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
    Scallions,1 bunch tops - chopped
    Parsley, 1/2 cup - chopped
    Canola Oil, 2 Tbs
    White Vinegar, 2 Tbs (I like to use unseasoned rice vinegar OR champagne vinegar)
    Salt, 1/8 tsp (at most)
    Honey, 1/2 tsp (I like to use a lime-honey!)

Directions

1. Chop onions, parsley and cabbage.
2. Combine vinegar, oil, salt & honey and stir with a whisk until well combined.
3. Pour dressing over salad and let sit 10-15 minutes to set flavors

Makes approx 4 1-cup servings.
