Ingredients
-
1 pkg 16-oz. pasta, cooked. I prefer small shell pasta, but will work well with any type of pasta -- bow tie, spaghetti or campagnelle.
1 green bell pepper, chopped.
2 yellow bell peppers, chopped.
1 pkg grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 can jumbo black olives, chopped.
1 bunch green onions, chopped.
1/2 bottle Italian Salad dressing.
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside in a large bowl.
Chop green and yellow bell peppers, slice grape tomatoes, chop black olives, and chop green onions. Add vegetables to pasta. Add 1/2 bottle Italian Salad dressing. Mix thoroughly. Add additional salad dressing as desired.
This salad is great if prepared the night before. Cover tightly and refrigerate to let the flavors blend.
Reduce fat and calories by choosing a healthier Italian salad dressing. Enjoy!
