Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Sweet potatoes, sliced with peel left on
    Olive oil cooking spray
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    butter spray

Directions

Wash and slice the sweet potatoes, leaving the peel on. In a microwave safe bowl, spray some cooking spray, layer one layer of sweet potatoes, spray that layer, sprinkle seasoned salt and nutmeg, and start the layer again -- potato slices, spray, seasoning, until all the potato is used up. Microwave at 80 percent power for 5-10 minutes depending on how thick the slices are.

Top with 5 sprays of butter spray before serving.
