Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1 cup salsa
    1/4 cup onion
    1 tbsp olive oil
    9 large flour tortillas
    2 cups cooked turkey breast cubed
    American cheese for topping (you can use what ever cheese you have in the house just count the callories)
    1/2 cup frozen corn

Directions

Spray the bottom of a casserole dish with non stick spray
Saute onions until they are translucent
Place American cheese slices and turkey to the side
Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl. Add cooked onions.
place 3 Tortillas in layer on the bottom of the dish
poor 1/3rd of the mixture and smooth out along the bottom. Place a layer of turkey on top of that.
Repeat layers 2 more times and place American cheese on top layer.

It is a lot like making lasagna.

Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350. Serve with Tortilla chips and enjoy.
