    Granulated Sugar, 1 1/2 cups
    Flour, white, 3 Tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 small
    Butter, unsalted, 3 Tbsp (melted)
    Buttermilk, 1 1/2 cups
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    1 unbaked pie shell


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake on a cookie sheet. Bake t 400 for 10 minutes, then bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

Slice pie into 12 even pieces.

    This was delicious! I made it twice, the first time I forgot to put in the flour...big mistake. The flavor was still delicious, it just didn't set up properly. The second one was perfect! - 9/3/11
