Ingredients

3.5 pound fully cooked ham
1/2 cup apple jelly
2t prepared mistard
2/3 cup ginger ale
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
2 T cornstarch
Directions
about 8 servings
Score surface of ham(I used a presliced ham) makiing diamond shapes 1/2 inch deep. In a small bowl, combine the jelly, mustard, and 1T ginger ale, rub over ham. Cut ham in half, place in a 5 quart slow cooker. (I poured rest of the rub over the ham. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until meat thermometer reads 140. Baste with cooking juices toward end of cooking time. For the sauce, place pie filling in a sauce pan. Conbine cornstarch and remaining ginger ale; stir into pie filling until blended. bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over ham.
Serve with mashed potatoes and veggie such as carrots.
