    1 lb beef round steak
    1 1/2 cups onion
    3 T. canola oil
    3 T garlic paste
    1 t ginger paste
    2 t ground cumin
    4 cloves
    1 t coriander powder
    1/2 c canned tomatoes
    1 t salt
    dash of Garam Masala
    chili powder (2 tsp)
    hot chili powder (1/2 tsp)


Dice onion

Fry onions, garlic paste, ginger, paste , tomato, all spices except garam masala, then add meat and cook til done.

Add water and simmer till you have a gravy . Add a dash of garam Masala. Cook a few more minutes.

Serve with Jhou
