Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 215 grams
    Blue Agave nectar, Light, 4 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Fat Free Yogurt, Plain, 0.25 cup
    Milk, 1%, 0.25 cup

Directions

Combine all ingredients with a wire whisk.
Pour into a glass pie dish and bake in a Bain Marie @ 350F for 40-60 minutes, until set.
