Introduction

    1/2 cup Tomato juice, without salt added
    2 TBS Olive Oil
    1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
    1/4 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions

Combine all ingredients and whisk until blended.

Makes about 2/3 cup.

Use as a marinade or salad dressing.

    Incredible!
    2/3 cup = 10 TB + 2tsp (which would give you about 5 servings).
    I used 2 TB for my 2 cup salad. Very good and a keeper.
