Ingredients

    2 Onions cut into thin slices
    1/2 cup Kraft Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
    1 lb FRESH Green Beans
    1/4 cup plain Water
    1 sweet red bell pepper cut into strips

Directions

Cook onions in 1/4 cup dressing in a large skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Add beans and water; stir. cover, cook 5 minutes.

Stir in peppers, cook, covered, 5-8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Remove from heat and add remaining dressing.

    Very good, colorful, good textture and simple - I added a little garlic because I didn't have the right salad dressing - sliced almonds might be a good addition. - 2/24/10
