This is a great low fat topping for a microwaved baked potato. This is a great low fat topping for a microwaved baked potato.

Ingredients

    1 4oz. container of plain greek yogurt
    3 T. chopped chives

Directions

Chop chives---about 3T...more or less to taste. Add to 4 oz plain greek yogurt. Keep refrigerated in a covered container. Makes about 4 generous T. of topping.
