Ingredients

    1 cup raw onions
    4 small banana peppers
    2 cans Bush's Chili Beans
    1 can Rotel Mild Tomatoes
    1 can Rotel Mexican Tomatoes
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 bag MorningStar Farms Meal Starters
    2 tbsp cumin
    2 tbsp coriander
    2 tbsp cilantro

Directions

Mix all ingredients and let simmer on low heat for at least 2 hours. To make it vegan replace the MorningStar Meal Starters with Match Meat or another substitute.
