Ingredients

    4 slices multigrain bread cut into cubes
    1/2 c chopped celery
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp chopped fresh spinach
    1 tsp ground sage
    1 tsp ground poulty seasoning
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1/2 c low fat vegetable broth

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Add more veggie broth if needed for moisture. Stuff the bird!!
