    PILLSBURY PIE CRUST
    CAN COOKED PUMPKIN PURE
    1/2 CUP SPLENDA BROWN SUGAR BLEND
    4 LARGE EGG WHITES
    1 CAN FAT FREE EVAPORATED MILK
    1 TSP CINNAMON
    1/2 TSP NUTMEG
    1/2 TSP GINGER

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 415*
PUT PIE CRUST IN UNGREASED PIE PAN.
COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS.
BAKE 15 MINUTES ON 425* REDUCE HEAT TO 350* AND COOK AN ADDITIONAL 40 TO 50 MINUTES UNTIL FORK IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN COOL ON THE RACK.
