this is tasty and fast. Add some garlic powder for a little extra flavor. Ingredients

    1 can of tuna
    3 Tablespoons of Miracle Whip
    1/2 t of honey mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder (optional)
    garnish with chopped green onion.(not in calorie count)

Directions

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy. 1/2 cup serving, 2 servings per can.
