Ingredients

    1 cup frozen blueberries, divided
    1 cup water, divided
    1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
    dash of salt
    4 tablespoons Splenda
    1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup of the water. Set aside. Mash 1/4 cup of the blueberries in a saucepan. Add salt and 3/4 cup of the water. Bring to a boil. Add dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly until syrup thickens. Add remaining blueberries and stir constantly for half a minute. Remove from heat. Stir in Splenda and lemon juice. Serve warm over pancakes, desserts, or ice cream. Whipped topping may be added if desired. (Topping not included in calorie and nutrition count) 4 servings



Bring to a boil.
