Ingredients

    * Beef, eye of round, 17 oz
    * Flour, white, .2 tbsp
    * Beef stock, home-prepared, 1 cup
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup pieces
    * Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    * 5th Season Garlic Salt, 0.25 tsp
    * Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp

Directions

Boil 1/4 cup of mushrooms in water for 10 minutes (save broth) Saute cooked mushrooms with 1/8 cup fresh mushrooms in 1tsp of butter for 5 minutes. Add 1tbsp of flour mix well. Add broth and milk bring to boil for 5 minutes. (Set aside)
Slice beef round (thin) mix with 1tsp of salkt 1tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp garlic salt. In skillet add 2 tsp of olive oil and 2tsp of butter. Add beef and lightly brown both sides. remove meat. Add 1tbsp of flour to butter mix well. Add 1cup of beef broth. Add mushroom soup and meat back to mixture. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Make 4 cups cooked whole wheat spaghetti. When both are done add sour cream to sauce just before serving.

Makes 4 generous servings.
