Ingredients

1 bag of frozen pearl onions (3 and 1/3 cups)
30 oz baby carrots
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 cup raisins
1 tbsp Land O Lakes Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
Directions
1. Put everything but the carrots into a medium pot.
2. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the pearl onions aren't frozen anymore and the honey and sugar is dissolved in the melt water (from the onions).
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Spread carrots in a baking dish and pour the mixture from the pot onto the carrots.
5. Mix everything around thoroughly. Put in the oven and cook until the carrots are done (easy to poke a fork in them, about 30 minutes).
6. Occasionally stir the carrots around to re-glaze them.
