Ingredients

    canola oil-.5 c
    1 med onion-chopped
    2 large sweet potatoes-chopped
    Annies Smokey Maple BBQ sauce-whole jar
    boneless pork sirlion-1.5 lbs
    collards-4c chopped
    veggie broth-1c
    black pepper-1T
    salt-1T
    kidney beans-2c

Directions

make this in a large soup pot. saute onion in oil. add pork. saute for 3 min. Add sweet potatoes, stock, bbq sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. bring to a boil. simmmer for 5-10 min. add greens. simmer til potatoes and greens are tender and meat is thorougly cooked. Just before serving, stir in canned or previously cooked kidney beans.
