Introduction
This smoothie is sweetened only by the fruit you add to it. It contains the health benefits of Greek yogurt, blueberries and flaxseed meal. This is a great way to start your morning!! I have found it fills me up, curbs my cravings through out the day and gives me a boost of energy when I need it most--In the morning!This smoothy is very tart! My husband and children prefer a sweeter version with added honey. This smoothie is sweetened only by the fruit you add to it. Ingredients

1 individual serving Chobani Greek Yogurt-Honey flavor.
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
1 cup of orange sections
1 cup Light Silk soy milk
2 tbsp Bob's milled flaxseed meal
1 medium banana (frozen works well)
1 cup ice
Directions
Blend yogurt, blueberries and soy milk at a medium speed (blend) for 2 minutes.
Add orange sections and banana, blend for an additional minute,
Add flaxseed meal and ice. Increase blender speed to high (frappe) for 2 more minutes or until thick.
If too thick squeeze juice of 1/2 of an orange or add 1/4 orange juice.
If too tart add 1 tbsp honey.
Makes 2 servings.
