Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1 sm can tomato paste
    1 tbl chili powder
    2 c shredded cheddar cheese (low fat)
    6 corn tortillas
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 sm can diced black olives
    butter
    2/3 c water

Directions

brown ground beef with onion. drain. add rest of ingredients except the tortillas, cheese and water. in a casserole dish, put 1/3 of mixture on bottom. butter two tortillas on one side and lay on top, repeat beef and tortillas 2 more times. spread shredded cheese over the top, pour the water all around the edge of the pan. cover and bake. 350 for 30 min
