    8 LARGE CARROTS GRATED
    5 OVER RIPE BANANAS
    4 CUPS FLOUR (UNBLEACHED WHITE)
    1 CUP GROUND FLAX SEED
    1 TBSP BAKING POWDER
    1 CUP BUTTER MELTED
    2 TSP APPLE PIE SPICE
    2 TBSP PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
    1 CUP ORANGE JUICE

Directions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND PUT INTO LINED MUFFIN TINS. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. MAKES 36 MUFFINS
