Ingredients

    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Sea Salt Grinder (1/4 tsp), 0.25 tsp
    *red skin potato (1 medium), 7 serving
    *Epicure 3 Onion Dip Mix, .5 tbsp or substitute
    Other seasonings if desired
    *Pam - Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving

Directions

Dice or slice potatoes into wedges. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Spread onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes, turning once if desired.
