Introduction

I developed this recipe because my kids and I both love smoothies, and I wanted one that didn't have as much sugar and fat as some of the ones in the shops. Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Cup V8 Fusion Peach Mango Juice (or any flavor)
    1 Scoop Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein (I use the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor for this)
    1 Cup, Plain lowfat yogurt
    5-7 Frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 Cup frozen Mangos

Directions

In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes three 8 oz servings.
