Introduction
This is a different variation of pizza using cauliflower for the crust. Note: the type of ingredients you top your pizza off with will change the nutritional information. Ingredients

Crust:
2/3 bag of frozen cauliflower
2 egg whites
2 cups mozarella cheese - part skim
2 tsp oregano
4 tsp parsley
Sauce:
6 roma tomatoes (peeled, seeded & cored)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Basil
3/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Light Brown Sugar
Toppings:
4 Slices of Lite & Fit Turkey Bacon
1/2 medium red onion (diced)
1 can mushrooms (drained)
Directions
Crust: preheat oven to 450 degrees
Cook Frozen Cauliflower in Microwave for 8 minutes (do not add water),
Drain any liquid off of cooked cauliflower and let cool.
Rice the Cauliflower (chop real fine or use a food processor)
Combine 2 cups of riced cauliflower, 2 egg whites, 2 cups of mozarrella cheese, 2 tsp oregano & 4 tsp parsley
Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray
Divide mixture and shape into two pizzas
Cook at 450 for 15-20 minutes
Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor til smooth.
Place in pot on stove and heat over medium high for 12 minutes or until reduced.
Divide sauce between both pizzas.
Pre-cook the bacon and tear into pieces on pizza.
Add mushrooms and onion.
Broil for 5-10 minutes.

I think you have supplied an awesome recipe to try. The only changes I would for my family is I would use palm or coconut sugar, change the bacon for high quality nitrate/nitrite free bacon and I would use fresh mushrooms.
