Ingredients

    Saute 1/2 of a medium yellow onion in 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden brown. Add 1 pkg of Israeli Couscous to pan and stir until browned. Add salt, pepper, and chopped parsley (additional seasonings may be added to taste). Add one 14oz. can of fat-free, low sodium chicken broth and 2 oz. of water. Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

    My bad, the "package" is the only way we are able to buy it here - and the package is 8.8oz. I'm sorry you had to give such a negative review - could have asked the question first. I'd have been glad to answer.
