1T GeniSoy Natural Soy Protein Powder
1T Better 'N Peanut Butter, low sodium
.25t Flaxseed Oil
1t Flaxseed, ground
5 ice cubes
1-2T Pumpkin, canned (optional - not included in nutritional info)
Makes 1 Cup.
