Ingredients

    1/2 Banana, small
    1/2C Milk, nonfat
    1-1/4T Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (365 brand)
    1T GeniSoy Natural Soy Protein Powder
    1T Better 'N Peanut Butter, low sodium
    .25t Flaxseed Oil
    1t Flaxseed, ground
    5 ice cubes
    1-2T Pumpkin, canned (optional - not included in nutritional info)

    Makes 1 Cup.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, pulse until well blended. Enjoy with a straw!
