Introduction

Great to eat alone or with chips- not spicy! Great to eat alone or with chips- not spicy!

Ingredients

    1 can (15 oz) black or pinto beans- rinsed
    1 c. whole corn, rinsed
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. onions
    2 Tblsp cilantro chopped
    3 Tblsp olive oil
    2 Tblsp lime juice
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients listed in a glass bowl and place in frig for at least three hours, overnight is best. Mix up once while in frig. to be all flavors mix. Makes 4 3/4- cup servings.
