Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 cup whole grain oats (chopped)
    1/2 cup whole grain oat flour or, grind your oats, (after chopping) into a flour
    2 whole eggs (large)
    2 egg whites (whipped until peaks just begin to form) fold in batter last
    1/2 cup milk 1% ,2%
    1 teaspoon canola or light olive oil
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt ?, how it must be for you for flavor or otherwise.
    very light squeeze of lemon or lime

Directions

1. Roast the oats for (1) min in micro wave or 400 degree oven.

2. Add your dry ingrediants together in a large mixing bowl.

3. Whip two whole eggs up, pour in with milk, oil, then, all liquids mix well together.

4. Whip two egg whites, until edges begin to form, then fold in ( last) to mix.

5. Place in a cool spot or fridge, for 10 to 15 minutes.

6. Pour 4" cakes. Cook until golden brown.
