Ingredients

    2 C Red Leaf Lettuce, shredded
    2 T Cilantro (about 4 sprigs) chopped
    1/2 C Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 Can Sardines in Olive Oil (3.75 oz)
    1 t Lemon Juice
    2 T Catalina Dressing
    15 Small Multi-grain crackers (I used Kashi Tasty LIttle Crackers, Toasted Asiago)

Directions

Put ingredients in bowl. Toss ingredients. Makes one serving.
