Ingredients

    Bob’s Red Mill TVP, 1.5 cup
    *1 Spanish Onion, Med, diced, 2 serving
    Beans, black, 1 can
    Beans, red kidney, 1 can
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Fry Onions in non=stick skillet.
In huge pot, place all ingredients and fried onion.
Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes and serve.

Add dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese or tortilla chips on top to serve. (Not counted in nutritional count)

Makes 12 generous servings. Less than 200 calories per serving. Very hardy.
