Introduction

Very tasty, this recipe makes is fairly spicy so adjust the chiles and jalapenos if you would like it a little "cooler". Very tasty, this recipe makes is fairly spicy so adjust the chiles and jalapenos if you would like it a little "cooler".

Ingredients

    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. mayo
    2 (11 oz) cans Mexican style corn
    4 green onions, chopped
    3 jalapenos, seeded and minced
    1 (7 oz) can diced green chiles
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

DRAIN DRAIN DRAIN the corn and chiles!(I even leave them in a strainer for up to an hour, just to let them dry out a little) After that, combine all ingredients and serve with corn chips, veggies, etc. Enjoy
