Ingredients

    * Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 2 cups
    * All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 1 cup
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    * Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    * Butter, salted, soft, 4 tbsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * DiabetiSweet Brown Sugar Substitute, 1 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    * Russell Stover Sugar free Toffee Squares- 6 pieces crushed

Directions

Preheat to 375F. Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet and bake 11 minutes until golden brown. Makes about 30 cookies.
