Ingredients

    3 oz chicken breast (cooked)
    1 thin slice of red onion
    1slice of tomato
    15 grams of avacado
    1/2 tsp lime juice
    1 hard round roll

Directions

Cut open roll and place avacado slices sprinkle with lime juice.
Add chicken top with tomato, onion and top of the roll.
Makes on serving. Enjoy.
