Ingredients
* *Athen's Mini Fillo Cups, 22 serving
* Spinach, frozen, 2 package (10 oz)
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Egg, fresh, 4 large
* Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled
* Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
* Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Directions
makes about 40-45 mini cups, about 22 servings.
preheat oven to 350
cook frozen spinach according to instructions and the pour into a double layered paper towel lined colander to drain and cool. saute onions in butter over med heat till softened. set aside to cool as well. press the drained spinach with more paper towels to remove as much liquid as possible. crumble the feta even finer into a mixing bowl and mix in dill weed, eggs, cooled onion, and spinach. spoon by tablespoon mixture into the cup and gently press to compact. place the cups on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 mins. seave hot and enjoy!!!!!
these are fabulous for dinner or ANY occasion. they are healthy and my little girls love them!
