Ingredients

    1 cup steel cut oatmeal
    2 cups 1% milk
    2.5 cups water
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1.5 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 5 quart crock pot. Cook on low for 8.5 hours. I recommend using a liner, it can get sticky.
