Ingredients

    4-6 chicken breasts
    1 1/2 Tbl lite soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbl fish sauce
    1 1/2 tsp white sugar
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    4 cloves chopped garlic
    1 Tbl canola oil

Directions

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over the top of the chicken.

Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, or on high for 3-4. The cooking time is dependent on how thick your chicken pieces are, and if they are fresh or frozen.

    Very Good
    VERY easy, and tasty too - and mild enough so the kids liked it. It got a little dry at the end of cooking, I will use more liquid next time, probably add some chicken broth to the sauce. - 4/20/10
