Ingredients

    7 oz can tuna
    3/4 cup egg white
    1.5 cup cooked basmati
    2 oz lite chedder
    .50 cups red pepper
    .5 tsp poultry seasoning
    .5 cups onion
    1 tbls mustard

Directions

mix all together and place in three oil custard cups. baked at 350 for 30 minutes
