Introduction
These are hearty, moist, packed with goodness and super tasty! My daughter adores them ~ they freeze well and can just be popped into the toaster for easy, healthy breakfast or snack!*dairy and lactose free*

Ingredients

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 cup
Naturals Quick Oats, 3/4 cup
Full Circle Organic Soymilk (plain), 1 cup
Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, .1/2 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Egg white, 1 small
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (to taste...I like lots!)
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (to taste...I like lots!)
Directions
1. Stir all ingredients toether with a whire whisk, just until blended.
2. Spray skillet/pan/griddle with olive oil spray and heat to medium.
3. Pour batter onto hot griddle and cook until puffed and dry around the edges. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
We top ours with a bit of Country Crock and drizzle of honey ~ yum!
These are delicious with any topping ~ healthy versions of syrup, peanut butter, fresh fruit, puree's, and even jam!
This recipe makes 6 thick pancakes, add more soymilk for a thinner batter/thinner cakes.
