An easy guacamole. An easy guacamole.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 Avocado, peeled and pitted
    1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
    1/4 c. diced onions
    2 tbsp fat free sour cream


Peel and pit the avacado and add lemon juice to prevent browning. Mash, add sour cream and mix. Add onions, mix again.

Yield: approx. 3/4 c. 1 serving=2tbsp

  • I liked this because it was simple, super easy to make and I had most items on hand. I also added 1 tsp. jarred minced garlic (I just like garlic flavor). I think this is a great basic recipe that you could modify however you want. - 3/1/10
