Ingredients

    Chicken breast (1lb) diced and cooked
    chicken sausage (1lb) sliced
    Shrimp (9 oz) pre cooked
    4 stalks celery sliced
    3 bell peppers diced (used red, yellow and orange)
    1 medium onion
    cayanne pepper (2 tsp)
    garlic powder (2 tsp)
    rosemary (2 tsp)
    thyme (2 tsp)
    4 cups low sodium Chicken broth

Directions

This was cooked in the crock pot for 4 hours. You could also make it on the stove and take about an hour to blend all the spices and flavors from the different meats. Makes about 12 - 1 cup servings. If you decide not to use the brown rice, then it takes the calories down to 90 calories per serving! My sister and I will definately make this again. You can add different spices or more of what is suggested, based on your heat preference!
